Pôle de Loisirs Lyon Confluence
Elioth was acknowledged by the BRE (Building Research Establishment) as the first company qualified in assessing buildings using the BREEAM International table of references. Elioth made the necessary changes to the design stage of the project already well advanced in order that it meet with the requirements to obtain the BREEAM Very Good certification.
Lyon Confluence is certified “Very Good”. It is the first Retail en France with this level of certification.
Elioth has in load(responsibility) the study and the conception of the envelope of buildings(ships) in particular walls curtains VEP with integration of glazings and panels of larch, the bardage in larch and the special structure support of bardages.
