In 2022, RIVP launched the renovation of all the marble façades of its headquarters to replace the existing stones, which were suffering from complete granular disintegration. The project aims to refurbish the facades using stone with an appearance identical to the original material. The reuse of the existing marble after transformation was also studied, and selective dismantling was supervised on-site in order to reclaim and reuse 80% of the facade stones. Elioth served as the lead consultant and provided full project management for the operation.
