Design–build project for the North-East section of Line 15 of Greater Paris. Design work includes environmental engineering and the façades of station surface structures, as well as associated real estate developments (office and residential buildings).
Elioth is responsible for the design and development of the ATEx for the special double–wall rammed earth facades of the real estate project adjacent to the Mairie d’Aubervilliers station.
The other sites also feature notable architectural and technical specificities: the monumental glazed facade of the Fort d’Aubervilliers station hall, and acoustically reinforced timber joinery for the real estate development in Drancy–Bobigny.
Numerous environmental studies were carried out on the stations and associated real estate projects to enable a bioclimatic design approach across the entire scope. For each station: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and forward-looking LCA for technical lots, Dynamic Thermal Simulation with natural ventilation, CFD study on the Fort d’Aubervilliers station to assess wind speeds, and daylight studies.
For the real estate developments in Drancy–Bobigny and Mairie d’Aubervilliers, a Dynamic Energy Simulation was also performed.
