This office block is located in the new Nice Meridia business park. This nine-storey building is designed with visible Glulam timber used for its facades and floors. Situated in an earthquake zone, the building uses concrete core bracing secured into a one-storey car park. At 35 m in height, this building on completion will be the highest wooden office block in France. Its construction is scheduled for the end of 2018.
